It must have been about two years ago now that myself and my partner didn’t know what to get for my mother at Christmas time. After running out of ideas I noticed the amount of photographs she had stored in the cabinet next to the armchair. It was then I asked her why she didn’t have a photo album, she said she didn’t have enough time to sort all of the photographs out. Fair enough, could be a tedious job I suppose. I then came up with the idea of creating a custom photo album for her, the result was very surprising and I could see a tear in her eye as she opened the personalised gift on Christmas morning.

A year on and I have taken it a step further, this year I presented her with one of our personalised photo montages which had an even better impact on her than the personalised photo album. I guess it’s the amount of time and thought that goes into creating one of these babies. The end result is really impressive and the montage my mother received Christmas ’07 is now sitting proudly above her fireplace. I now intend to offer people this service. I really think that our personalised picture collages make great gifts, not just at Christmas time but also for birthdays, retirements, anniversaries and graduations.

I would have to say that the key to these prints is personalisation. You choose what you want to be included in these prints, whether it be your favorite photos, certificates, military medals, badges - they can all be included. You may also want to have a camera present for when the person opens up the photo montages gift - their reaction can be priceless.
